Our remote support service was designed to provide low-hassle, worry-free troubleshooting. With Resolution IT, we don't expect you to sit and relay everything that shows up on your screen. By removing this element from troubleshooting operations, we can provide service much more quickly and accurately!

Our remote support client allows us to troubleshoot and provide application support even if we aren't at your location. Once you are on the phone with one of our technicians, please follow the directions below:

  1. Close unnecessary programs - (Any programs that are providing issues should remain open, if possible.)
  2. Click here to download the Resolution IT Remote Support Client - (Internet Explorer users may be required to click the drop-down information box)
  3. Run the program - (The computer may warn that the program is an executable file. This file is safe.)
  4. Provide the 9 digit code and 4 digit passkey to the technician.
  5. The program will make a connection to the support computer.
  6. Your Technician will be able to control your computer to troubleshoot while you relax!
